Lindsey has spent most of her life in ski towns, and mountain living is truly in her DNA. Originally from Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and having also lived in Sun Valley, Idaho, she ultimately chose to put down permanent roots in Aspen and Snowmass, a place she loved vacationing in throughout her younger years.

 

With nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lindsey began her career as a Real Estate Risk Analyst before expanding into ownership and entrepreneurship. For over 14 years, she co-owned an online real estate company specializing in due diligence and education for both institutional and private investors acquiring distressed properties. During that time, she and her partners oversaw more than $170 million in transactions while building a platform that attracted more than 750,000 registered users nationwide.

 

Renowned for her sharp analytical skills and expertise in real estate acquisitions and REO properties, Lindsey brings a distinctive edge to the Aspen and Snowmass market. Her depth in complex transactions, paired with her passion for mountain living, allows her to guide clients with confidence, precision, and authentic local insight.

 

Since establishing her career in Aspen and Snowmass, Lindsey has also become a leading expert in the local luxury rental market, consistently ranking among the area’s top rental brokers year after year. Her dedication to clients has created a unique niche, serving both owners and renters at the highest level, while also helping renters seamlessly transition into buyers and guiding sellers to maximize their investment returns. In 2024, Lindsey was recognized among the top real estate sales professionals in all of Colorado, a testament to her work ethic, results-driven approach, and exceptional client service.

 

Beyond her professional achievements, Lindsey is proud to call Snowmass Village home, where she lives with her husband, Bryan. When not in Snowmass, Lindsey and Bryan enjoy their home in Georgia, where golf plays a major role in their lives, a perfect complement to the active, outdoor lifestyle they cherish in Aspen and Snowmass.
